390 Bayshore Our Bayshore location is near downtown San Francisco - just off the 101 Cesar Chavez street exit across from Lowes.

2520 Judah Our Judah location is located at 2520 Judah St. between 30th and 31st Avenues. The N Judah Muni Line stops directly in front of our location.

From the downtown: Take Fell Street west until it merges into Lincoln Blvd near Golden Gate Park. Follow Lincoln Blvd west along the south side of Golden Gate Park towards the ocean. Turn left onto 30th Avenue. Travel two blocks to Judah Street. Turn right onto Judah Street. The gym is on the right hand side of the street. 
 
From 280 North: Take the 19th Avenue exit. Travel north on 19th Avenue to Kirkham Street. Turn right onto Kirkham. Make your first left onto 18th Avenue. Turn left onto Judah Street. Follow Judah towards the ocean. The gym is on the right side between 30th and 31st Avenues.
